Wolfgang, click on AFFYMETRIX on the top of the post. Then click on QUOTES. When you scroll down you will see all the recent AFFX press releases. Let me know if this doesn't work.
You make an important point. AFFX's hybridization chip have the ability to pinpont gene abnormalities. The true potential of this technology will not be felt until more disease related genes are discovered and science develops an effective way of either repairing the damaged gene or more likely supressing its expression.
