Looking at the comparison from last year to this year on a yearly performance, you can see why the market is still not moving this one much although the market sentiment is so bad, it is hard to tell what the market thinks. Overall, I think it makes VRLK a nice trading stock and a safe enough play at current prices and lower; not playing this one long at the moment. 1 point plays in it are what I would be looking for.
