prior common was wiped out, mol as usual. The preferred issue called TOPrS gets paid as stated in the release I pasted, a small percentage of the new common, now trading as CNO, and some warrants, and maybe more. TOPrS will receive 1.5 million shares, which corresponds to a projected recovery of approximately 1.27% (excluding the new Conseco warrants and other collection rights). I started a new thread at Subject 54272 I sold my Conseco around 12-14. I think I was short twice and long twice. When I am bothered by the excess compensation received by Dick Grasso I think the timing was around when Gary Wendt got his $45 million, and Grasso must have thought he deserved even more.
