MDIN showed a lot by responding in the same day as this BS from DAY. So DAY, what about these properties that are not in any way in dispute which CLEARLY belong to MDIN and which, according to MDIN, are CLEARLY inside of DAY alleged Andacollo boundaries. Hmmmmmmmmmmm Im not talking about the disputed properties (Marilola, Encarnation and Marijen), Im talking about the Mercedes, Rodrigo, Toro and Gabriella?????? Lets talk about those...and lets be clear about the lawsuits...Could there have been a lawsuit filed by Julio Alberto regarding the criminal activity? Could it be that his mother's claim for criminal activity that DAY references was dismissed because her son had already filed a similar claim???? And so on and so on... Looking for clarification from MDIN soon. IMHO DAY has lost all credibility with this stunt....Appears to me that they are trying to cover up undisputed issues of Mercedes, Rodrigo, Toro and Gabriella with the disputed issues of Marilola, Marijen and Encarnation. Looks like they may have thrown the baby out with the bath water. Hmmmmmm. Life sure is interesting............. GG Looks like there may be more lawsuits on the horizon...... GG
