I don't know that there are any good buys although the XAL Index looks interesting.

I dunno, I swore off going Long quite some time ago. It seems unAmerican now, but I cannot justify to myself to go Long at this point.

I guess I am stymied. Once Winter hits I suppose I could make a case for anything.

Here is an interesting, although probably useless, observation. Usually we get October Lows after August/September Highs. Now we have September Lows. Should we presume October Highs?
