Tom,

The Street does not expect much from BAY relative to earnings, and should it come in with a decent story the stock may react to it ala COMS. And if NT comes in with good earnings and talk of huge contracts ahead, BAY would find the ring acceptable. But if NT blows it, BAY could take a hike back to an old suitor ready to offer a bigger ring. The type and quality of the stone have already been established, only the size remains an issue.

RLT, I don't follow it. Recent IPO and too thin float for me. Why bother, plenty of big caps like AOL and DELL that can move 15 points in a blink of an eye. Or stocks like RMBS and CMGI with compelling stories that make it worth the risk.
