I haven't detected too much bearishness here. Just a lot of
understandable anger shown for missing out some quick bucks.
If there's a proxy fight to oust Al Stein, I suspect that he will
prevail anyway, but that will be a very unfortunate distraction.

Given where LSI is today, I'd stick my neck out and thank Al
Stein for having killed off that merger. If VLSI
meets expectation this quarter, I will read that as LSI having not
met much success in its initial attempt to enter the wireless
market.
