ABSOLUTELY CORRECT!!!
Any information I report has either already been reported by others who have talked to MS, or expands on what others have already reported.
MS will NOT disclose to an individual anything that has not already been made public.
He did make several references to the "impact of news releases." Suggesting to me (as has been stated before) that MS is well aware of the importance of timing news releases (provided those releases contain real news.)
Foremost, he does not want to release "fluff", he will only issue a press release when it is significant, such as a completed milestone, revenue projections for the pending IDB acquisition, etc.
Please don't read too much into anything I report. He gave me no dates (specific or general). By way of illustration, I don't think August 10, was ever mentioned as an intranet live date, however, in some people's minds, it became a "make-or-break" deadline. Don't turn my report into that, please.
I did ask MS if he would be willing to issue a "feel good" press release for the shareholders. He had 2 responses:
(1) "Don't you think they'd rather hear news of real milestones being completed?"
(2) "Kevin, while I respect all the contributors to the SI thread, you wouldn't want me to manage FNTN according to the various concerns expressed on that thread would you?" To which, of course, I replied: "Uh . . . no."
Last, but not least, remember, I'm just another joe schmo investor. I called MS mainly to ease my own mind and to get some nagging questions answered. You can do the same.
