Management didn't say much about heads, but what what they said seemed to be a positive for RDRT (vis a vee the outlook since May 1998).
Mix between the IBM and WDC designed drives at the GMR level expected to be about 50/50. Relatively little was said about the IBM agreement during the CC - a good sign. Maybe the honeymoon is over.
When asked about head suppliers management indicated that it was very happy with RDRT and TDK
