Bob is not going to 11,000 or 12,000 at least yet. He emphasized three important factors i.e. low inflation, low interest rates and the effect of selling on the internet. He again reiterated no bear market on the horizon although his horizon doesn't go far out. Also doesn't exclude a correction of plus or minus 10 per cent at any time.
