Dan, I also found out in regards to the JV with DataWave that the Canadian govt. has approved the JV and operations begin April 1. Joe told me that consolidation was moving along waiting for the ok and things are ready to roll. He also said that we have a new division called DCI Europe headed by Jack Adams and CFO Robert Finn. The reason is because each country in Europe requires a individual and distinct LDC to be setup in their own countries. For example DCI UK - England, DCI Spain and DCI Denmark. All will report to DCI Europe and Jack. The new switch in Spain should be up and operational shortly. Bruce
