Okee-boy, Here is the URL for the 10QSB and a brief description of where that paragraph is found. edgar.whowhere.com That disclaimer is near the end under Notes to Financial Statements, Para K, in the eighth para of the Liquidity & Captial Resources section. It looks to me to be a CYA for GRNO's plans to continue to develop bigger and better machines. Sort of a forward looking statement on expected R&D expenses. From what I observed while visiting the site, Pete and the guys certainly are not ones prone to resting on their laurels and accomplishments. Always trying to build a better mouse trap sort of thing. I doubt that para had anything to do with the daily stock action. I think that after the run to 10 1/4 some folks expect frequent short term pops and are concentrating too much on the day to day price action. All the expected events have occurred and the market is essentially valuing GRNO in lock step with its business plan. As processor sales and construction come to fruition we will see buyers come in and push the stock to the next perceived fair value. In other words we are in that "Show me the Processor" mode. IMO, we individual investors who believe in the company have already bought shares and folks who have more stringent risk criteria (money managers, etc) are carefully following GRNO's progress and waiting for those criteria to be met. That is when the stock will move to the valuations it deserves based on the successful implementation of BC's business plan. BTW, NSTR on market maker activity from yesterday. ALLN bought a few and sold none. The high five and low six range sure seems to be a favorite resting spot. Seems there are stop orders (not mine!) camping out there.
