Check out this thread. Three pages. If you are using an HP or Compaq computer it could be a false detection but it's still a "call home" type program which I would remove via the instructions given. You have AVG for Windows already. If it's not false, this trojan has been detected in your system restore files. You need to delete all restore points by disabling restore and then you can turn it back on.
