'Looking at the M3 chart, as well as the others indicating burgeoning credit and liquidity, I fail to logically comprehend as to how the gold bull is dead.'

What puzzles me is that given the reconstructed M3 numbers- why is the open interest so low in gold? Even with tons of cash sitting in cash- you would think that gold- (at whatever price)would have near record open interest. But it doesn't?

It almost seems that the bulls arent even bullish on gold. I thought the dollar fall would lead to record open interest.

I could see the central banks dumping and capping the price, but you would think that with M3 soaring, the dollar falling and tons of cash on the sidelines- that gold/silver would be off the charts- if not in price, in open interest.

Im confused, but at my age- that's a daily occurence.
comments anyone?

Ron
