The disclaimer language is pure CYA, and unless GRNO had a unit capable AND PROVEN to operate commercially at the time it was written, this language would necessarily be included. Just because their preliminary tests showed it worked, something unforseen could come up during the more extensive, longer term testing that would preclude profitable commercial operation and land them in hot legal water for failure to disclose. This does not tell us anything we didn't already know. Just lawyers covering GRNO's ass.
