I saw it beginning Friday. What a joke! If you think there's public support for MSFT, you've got another think coming.

Keep your eye on the ball, the distractions can be terminal. <g>

I don't own MSFT. I probably should never have bothered interfering with your thread. I guess I basically don't want to engage in a discussion of antitrust policy at this point. Sorry if I offended you. Good luck to you in whatever stocks you own.

I'm just curious are you short in some form on MSFT, if not what is your motive for selectively posting here? I have appreciated your input on antitrust policy, it's been proven helpful to sharpen my resolve in respect to DOJ vs. MSFT.

The bottom line is, though, that I personally think MSFT is toast. It's been real bad for the competitive landscape and will pay the price eventually.

Personally (again), I believe it's been bad for the competitive landscape and the consumer for unwarranted roads to be traveled upon. Of course in the current legal stage which you may call MSFT toast, maybe you can enlighten me what the impact if any, would be on appeal in regards to the "procedural" challenge. JJ's forced four months to prepare for a major antitrust case & only allowing 12 on each side seems very specious.
