My understanding of NEWS is: as of 12/08/1998 5:00pm, anyone had 1 KCAP share will have 1 share KCAP + 1 restricted share MRBO MRBO is $3 now, we get 1 restricted MRBO share,hoping it will be more than $3 when the restriction expires. 1 share KCAP since KCAP still have SOFTWARE BUSINESS at 5million revenue run rate. so we will still have 1 share KCAP and 1 share MRBO restrict as a gift for every KCAP share we have today.
