Tony, If the results are "Statistically Significant" for phase III that is good news. When results are "Clinically Significant", that's bad news because it usually means that results went in the right direction, but they were not strong enough to produce a statistically significant result (and at best the FDA will require bigger numbers to prove that the positive direction was not due to chance).
