Personally I decided to vote for Obama. However i understand the art of politics and for the time being mccain/palin is beating the pants off obama/biden. Biden has added nothing yet but this should change as we get to the debates. In retrospect, i might have chosen Tim Kaine. For me biden as veep has turned the ticket upside down. In a perfect world, based on experience and resumes, it should be biden/obama or hillary/obama. No matter what you or i think of obama, the average guy views both him and palin as young and talented upstarts. When obama chose biden, he opened it up for mccain to choose palin and set this mindset off. And that choice wasnt even mccains, it was his campaign staff. Add to this, that obama still has to raise money because he eschewed public financing which makes it even more difficult for his staff to tackle the big issue and you have got problems. Plenty of time to turn things around but at best, the race is even right now and at worst obama wont be able to shake the lightweight issue that was hilighted when he chose biden and mccain countered with palin.
