I understand "I'm a Dinner Jacket" is going to make another state visit to Bagdhad and Maliki is going to meet him again at the airport and show him the F-16s we are going to give him. Maliki may only give "I'm a Dinner Jacket" two of them this time when they sign their Regional Defense Agreement but Maliki also pledges the American trained and equipped Iraqi Hezbollah to the greater Shia glory for the region. Yup, the surge is a success and we are winning???? Fortunately we are only throwing $12Bn unfunded a month, borrowed from the Chinese, down the drain for this "success???"
