When I've had that happen on Tradingview, it's been an accumulated memory use issue in Windows due to not shutting down for a couple days in a row.

You can go Cntrl-Alt-Delete and bring up TaskManager (then details) and see if you have something that's being a memory hog.

If this is happening on your new rig, it may be something else, as you've probably got 16GB of memory that can be expanded in that system.

If it's on your new rig, Sun Tzu may know better what's going on.
