I have just got premission to post SI's response to my question for clarification of the 20 per 6 hour limit. Again SI is not the enemy just trying to clean up all the malious intent and posts that have nothing waht so ever to do with anything. Just a waste of database memory.

Its more a gauge for "excessive" posting, which means that people are
posting off-topic or not making their posts very concise (one word posts,
etc.)
