Are they citizens? Is each one a citizen or not? On Medicare Parts A and B? Or is each one on Part C? Collect the data to see if the services are for a citizen entitled to it, or for a non-citizen to be charged to someplace, or not even looking or checking for reimbursement? Is it chargeable to a prior or former country? Is Medicare waiting for final paperwork (or anything else) to reimburse the cost?
