Marc: "justa, re short play. rates at 5.62 at these valuations should be on your side also." Looks good, but the market is surprising and there is one more day left to go in the quarter to buy AOL and the like. Not trying to make a market call here. I doubt I will be shorting into a correction and if I do it will be plain luck. But I am going to trade that volatility, especially on the short side as a hedge against my longs. I am looking for a few points and will settle for whatever the market has to offer. Yes, that long bond yield looks ominous in re-testing its highs. Let's see how the big boys react tomorrow after they have had their portfolio meetings this afternoon.
