Madoff Investment Securities announced the creation of Primex Trading. Orders in listed and Nasdaq Stock Market stocks sent to Primex will be displayed electronically around the country and any subscribing broker can trade with that order, provided his price is as good as, or better than, the best bid or offer then available. COMMENT: The handwriting is on the wall, ladies and gentlemen. Read between the lines that you read here. This Internet thing is changing the face of the earth. Ted Leonsis of AOL said that any CEO who is not embracing the Internet and is getting a good night's sleep is in for some serious awakenings [no pun intended!]
