There are some pretty good, terribly beaten down stocks. The Learning Company (TLC)is currently trading at about 3.0 P/E. Seems to me that PictureTel is caught in a market where their product is becoming more commoditized every day. Will PictureTel be able to make money when the majority of systems will be selling for under $200 per seat, and possibly $100 per seat. Sure, people will always be willing to pay more for top quality, but won't even the top quality devices be going for under $1000 soon ? Doug
