Once again,the person who you have gotten your information from
is Paul.So I guess if he tells you that Alice is not and never was
a shareholder ,then it must be true.In a situation such as we are in
here,the only information you can trust is the facts that can be
proven.Make some phone calls to someone besides the people who are
promoting their own interest.If you e-mail Alice she can provide you
with phone numbers.What do you have to lose by looking into it?
