I'm no expert and all the research I've done has not done much to sort out the players BUT one thing is clear, there are patent issues to be resolved in the Interactive TV arena. SFA and Gemstar have been ordered in Federal court to negotiate a settlement in their lawsuit. Gemstar and IATV have had patent conflicts. Now SRCM and TVGIA. The IATVers maintain TVGIA will use their software. There has been two 15,000+ buys at the close at 1/4-3/4 pts above the days price of IATV stock in the last two weeks. Both those buys while above the market at the time are in the green now. More questions than answers for me.
