I got the impression that RDRT had a good chance of breaking even next quarter based on what was said from the conference call.

It is interesting to see Montgomery sees long term growth of 25% when management was saying 10 to 15%. I think RDRT is being cautious not to build expectations yet, but it looks like they have a good chance of doing better.

MONT.SEC has reiterated estimate for long term EPS growth of 25.00% per year on 10/23/98 RDRT: NATNBK MONT.SEC made new estimate for quarter ending 12/98 of $-0.17 on 10/23/98

I think there is room for upgrades. Time will tell if they can get the mileage we expect out of their GMR program. It is obvious they are not the only company with good technology, but they surely have a chance to do better.

Now, lets hope that APM fails to survive, and Quantum shuts the doors on MKQC. That would be very good for RDRT. That and some sales to Fujitsu for a little added flavor.

Regards,

Mark
