Brian, I appreciate your work and your comments on post 4163. But, it is time that the management of MRPS learns to do ALL the functions of management that a company needs to perform. Management 101 teaches that there are four major functions; one is control. Control is shown to investors of a publicly-traded company through timely reporting to shareholders. Confusion is only prevalent when management is failing to report as required. Misunderstandings are a result of poor to nonexistent reporting of corporate actions. It doesn't matter whether they want to do it or not. That is a function that they MUST DO. They should either buy out all the outstanding shares and go private or they should do what they are SUPPOSED to do. I don't mean to preach, but the post by Joe in Iowa reminded me that they are saying what they WILL do and not DOING what they must do. Vic
