I doubt it will hurt Obama much on election day. Hopefully enough to lose to a qualified candidate. I have this sneaking suspicion that Obama may not run and Hillary will.

Besides you know how the dems roll. First the recoil from their leader violating their alleged "core" principles and then they regroup with "I don't like Obama, but he is better that (FILL IN BLANK). "
