Smart Investor - Sell now, buy back later is good advice I agree. Assume that most small investors do not have unlimited open funds and margin accounts so selling now and paying taxes may not leave enough money for the INTC dip later on. You're advice is good only for unlimited cash positions, small NASDAQ stocks which are overvalued and may never see that price ever again, and those with crystal balls.
