I don't think QE3 will have the effect QE2 did, basically because the evidence is in that QE2 accomplished absolutely nothing in terms of the real economy.

On the other hand, perhaps Bernanke, Congress (both parties) and the President, along with Wall Street, couldn't care less about the real economy anymore. Just take the money and run. Maybe that's what the US economy has been reduced to?
