And when you think about it, Naxos used the private placement to help purchase the 4% royalty. I know they said the private placement was for another purpose but obviously it frees up capital.
It is no coincidence that the PP and the royalty purchase happened simultaneously, so to speak. Also,I think it is no coincident that both events were announced in the same news release. NAXOS IS TRYING TO TELL US SOMETHING.
