Ted, google didn't find anything pertinent searching for "socket of trois".

If I had your problem I would
1. try another browser [anything but IE by AOL]
2. try another ISP if your ISP is AOL [Juno gives you 10 free hours per month. I have Juno on my laptop for a backup and it has caused no trouble
