Nikita, I followed the various theories on Friday concerning the plunge of gold prices. What made sense to me was the probable selling of gold to cover Asian leveraged debt positions. With less money there, what effect it will have on the buying stream of gold in that area is called into question. With regard to the Swiss selling, that is still several years off, and contigent on a nationwide referendum in 1999. Some experts see POG testing $292 and holding; others, further deterioration, depending on how this currency mess sorts itself out.

For me, I've been riding this stock for some time, and, though the signs of accumulation look good, I'm holding off buying further, until more substantial news is released. Thanks for all the input from everyone on this thread.
