Hi Terry. I don't know that the decision to rescind the reverse split has really been made. No matter what we have heard, the facts are that the 10QSB filed just six days ago (9/16/96) had the following statement:

> As of the date hereof, neither the date of
the vote on the reverse stock split nor the reverse stock split ratio have been set.<

That statement tells me the revese split is still alive and well. Whether or not it happens is conjecture at this point.

The thing that galls me the most about this company is that they have done what very few companies can manage to do, i.e., develop a product which has immediate acceptance by the buying public and the potential for a major payoff yet doesn't have sufficient funds to see it through. They are hanging by a shoestring.

I feel there would be investors or investment bankers lining up to plunk their money down to see this through except for the litigation hanging over TFRY's head. That seems to be the Achilles heel.

There is just no way I can advise you or anyone else whether to "hold 'em" or "fold 'em." That is a decision for everyone to make after knowing the facts.

As for me, I'm holding for now since I still expect to see a small price rise in the coming days - as soon as those unrestricted shares have all been dumped.

Again, the best of luck to you and the others following this saga.
