Your instructions made sense to me, (mostly), but Mr. Mark's original question prompts me to ask:

Why would the "temp" directory be c:\temp rather than c:\windows\temp given that he has Win95. I have Win98 and IE4 and have no such file or directory in the "root" directory. But, I do have the "temp" folder in the Windows directory, along with "temp internet files".

I hope the question was phrased correctly.
