Hi Steve - NFT Ventures is the holding company for the Noorda Family Trust. Mr. Rogers is the Secretary and Treasurer of NFT Ventures. I believe shareholder's concern could be forward to him and they would eventually reach Ray. I believe Mr. Rogers handels all the day to day affairs for the Noorda's.
