Aw, heck, JRI, Ed's just joshing with me. But thanks for the defense nonetheless. I try and keep the message pretty constant no matter what the direction of the market. And note that I am loathe to call the market either over or under valued. It's hard enough calling individual stocks, never mind the market as a whole. Heck, I've been covering shorts and longs with equal vigor over the past month. It seems to me that if the market was grossly overvalued, it would be a heck of a lot easier to find short candidates. I just wonder how long clients will pay my fees for running what is quickly becoming a money market fund.
