American Hag, you stupid idiots in Calif thought you were getting something for nothing and the rest of us would cough up the money to pay your utility bills. Doesn't work that way. You pay as you go and you won't get caught with your pants down. Calif is a bad place to get caught with your pants down. Especially, in the Bay area if you are a man.
