I saw the downgrade on Breifing from ML do you or anyone else
know if the downgrade was due strickly to overvaluation (Price to high) or was it due to fundamentals?

Three downgrades within three weeks is not a good sign, with earnings
comming out next week, Iam sure ML wouldnt be downgrading them if
they are going to have a blowout earnings report.
