Is West Hills LAN a VAR, or a network consulting entity? If the latter, we have a "systems engineering staff" -- important for selling complex products. Whereas I agree with you a VAR could load up on inventory, I can't see how an internally-owned VAR could be used to do what you suggest since this would stand out on the balance sheets. And I'm not sure West Hills can be defined as a distributor/VAR. Dan *** You said: Should we be at all concerned that MRVC owns a VAR(West Hills LAN)? To some extent they are competing with their customers, but also I worry that owning a distributor is a great way to 'make the numbers' if you get my drift.....Love it, but always wary.
