<Now I have something to lose, which changes the mentality totally.> i reveal a soap drama secret to the thread right now,but true story---in November 98 i was told if i did not have an operation immediately i could die within 24 hours.And i said "i will think about it"(i had had the operation twice before,once in 79 and also in 81 and i had sworn "never again!").So i went home looked at the moneys i had and said this isn't enough for my wife and mom to be without problems i GOT to get wild and dangerous,and so by pure luck i got wild and dangerous playing one POS after another and getting physically sicker all the time--in the last week in January i saw i had gained 500% and said "got enough" but who is going to protect it--so i called Doctor in Bangor and said "let's do it"--we did it on 2/2/99(operation revealed a massive abcess that was about 1/32 of an inch from breaking into my brain:) but as a result i know exactly what you mean>> Now I have something to lose, which changes the mentality totally.>> and with that EBAY misadventure a gave it a good try though--to blow it that is:) lesson learned. sorry all have been wanting to share that true story for a long time:) max p.s. if people can search back on SI you will find there was a "pray that Max dies" movement on YHOO! IFLY thread--as i had ACCIDENTLY posted a private message publicly to a Sandra on SI that got read by others.those were the days.
