Right. It appears CBs are trying to collectively fight the financial and dollar crisis - lower rates in the US to soften the blow, yet provide all liquidity thorough ECB so that the dollar does not crash (become carry trade funding currency). We'll see what comes out as they screw with carry trade - they might actually strain the markets some more.
