Henry, have you said much about Ligand's work "outside the cell"? I understand that some of the Glycomed subsidiary work aims to block/modulate interactions at the cell surface; is this right? Would do you mind giving a "Cliff Notes" version of what Glycomed is up to, and how it fits strategically with the rest of Ligand? Is Glycomed's the only connection with Sankyo? Or have some other "pure" Ligand programs sparked some interest by Sankyo?
