Cory, RE: IOM the $16.25 est. doesn't make a difference for the small investor. Institutional buys are triggered by price levels, and $16.1875 is the number I am getting from some "buddies" in which IOM becomes a buy for portfolio managers. Thus, the $16.25 figure would put you ahead of the institutional buys which will gap up the price. As of right now several 'Houses' have programmed buys at $16.1875
