<<The first event was the so-called March for Women’s Lives in Washington, D.C., last weekend.>>

A friend of mine who attended told me this story.

Did I tell you that while I was riding the Metro that Sunday when a young family (mother, father, two boys) got on. They all wore the same style and color shirts but the parents were holding their coats closed as if they were cold - - or had something to hide. The woman kept looking around the crowded car with apprehension. I wondered if they were tourists, not sure what they had walked into, or anti-abortion protesters a bit concerned that they were outnumbered on the train. One of the boys (about 7 or 8 years old) kept staring intently at a group of teenage girls decked out in their pro-choice paraphernalia. Then, I swear I heard him whisper to his mother "They don't have horns."
