cheif .5 is not screaming oversold, it's neautral, .75 to 1 is screaming oversold. we are right at resistance all over da place, inertia sezs probabilities sezs we stay in the range. there fore i went on defcon 1 (of 4) yesterday, if i had seen wooly bully's post i wud have gone to defcon 2 -g- did u see the naz, jump up and down all day long like the winner on survivor island, it couldn't make up it's mind all day, i think the bulls ran out of steam and the bears have a chance for a little ride on the tilt a whirl. b
