I think it's a buyout. And a buyout would make sense. Rationally, CUBE has more potential suitors than most tech stocks in the market. Let's face it, CUBE is a grossly undervalued stock with a fantastic product line in THE hottest market and it sells for 26 times earnings (the earnings multiple for the S&P 500)!
